Simplified Swarnakarshana Bhairava Puja Vidhi for Beginners

Swarnakarshana Bhairava

Are you one of those people who work very hard for the family, but no matter how much you earn, you simply cannot see your savings grow?

Even if you manage to save some money, does it instantly disappear into a cycle of debts, emergencies, or family requirements?

Are you the one carrying heavy family responsibilities, where you know that a single financial collapse would impact many lives depending on you?

If the answer to any one of those questions is yes, and you’re reading this post, Swarnakarshana Bhairava wants to enter your life, only if you are ready for it.

Allow me to teach you a simple puja vidhi to attract Swarnakarshana Bhairava into your life.

Within a few months of his dedicated worship, he will show you the right direction to shift your point of view from making money to building massive wealth for your upcoming generations.

Remember, you don’t need just money; you need WEALTH.

Most people think money is wealth. But they are different, and Swarnakarshana Bhairava can help you shift to that mindset with his blessings.

Before I teach you the simple puja vidhi, let me clear some common misconceptions that I often hear from our subscribers.

Swarnakarshana Bhairava Puja Vidhi Step-by-Step

Let me help you teach the simple puja process to invoke Swarnakarshana Bhairava for attracting massive wealth.

Step 1: Adhisthana

Choose a clean, clutter-free space. Place a wooden chowki facing the east or north and cover it with a red/ maroon/ yellow cloth. Sprinkle a few drops of ganga jal on the swarna akarshana bhairav photo before placing it on the cloth. If you are going to use his yantra, then place a copper/brass plate on the cloth, and on the plate, place the yantra.

You can place your Swarna Akarshana Bhairava image or yantra in the puja room, but it should be on a separate base, preferably near Shiva or Ganpati Ji. Not in between Laxmi and Vishnu Ji. An important detail. For home worship, choose an image that has Swarna Akarshana Bhairava with a white dog behind or beside him.

Ideal Time of Worship

The ideal time of worship is in the morning, ideally within 30 minutes of sunrise, or max upto 10:30-11:00 am

If that’s not possible for yoy, early evening from sunset upto an hour after sunset will also do.

However, morning worship is better.

Step 2: Achamana

Take clean water in the right palm and sip three times, chanting:

ॐ केशवाय नमः।
Om Keśavāya namaḥ
(sip once)

Om Nārāyaṇāya namaḥ
(sip second time)

Om Mādhavāya namaḥ
(sip third time)

    Step 3: Ganapati Puja

Before the Sankalpa, Ganapati Ji is invoked to pave the way, as before artha can move or stabilise, vighnas obstructing its path must be cleared.

Chant the following mantra once or three times for Ganapati Invocation:

    ॐ गं गणपतये नमः ।
    आवाहयामि स्थापयामि ॥

    Om gaṁ gaṇapataye namaḥ ।
    āvāhayāmi sthāpayāmi ॥

Place the flower/akṣata before Gaṇapati (or mentally offer).

    Step 4: Sankalpa

Sankalpa in Swarna Akarshana Bhairava is very important to remove negative karmas and ensure a targeted worship. Without sankalpa, you can chant with the sincerest of hearts, and it will not work.

    Chant the following mantra:

    Om
    ahaṃ mamopātta–samasta–durita–kṣaya–dvārā
    śrī–savarṇākārṣaṇa–bhairava–prasāda–siddhyartham
    dhana–sthairya–prāptyartham
    ṛṇa–bādhā–nivāraṇārtham
    āya–vyaya–santulana–siddhyartham
    amuka–gotrotpannaḥ / gotrānabhijñaḥ
    amuka–nāmadheyaḥ
    etad–dinād ārabhya
    amuka–divasa–paryantaṃ
    nityaṃ
    śrī–savarṇākārṣaṇa–bhairava–upāsanā–anuṣṭhānaṃ kariṣye ॥

    Simple Meaning (Exact, not poetic)

“I, (name), born in (gotra/gotra unknown),
beginning from today and continuing for (number) of days,
undertake the daily worship of Śrī Swarna Ākarṣaṇa Bhairava
to remove accumulated negative karmic effects,
    to receive his grace,
    to stabilize finances,
    to relieve debt-related pressures,
and to bring balance between income and expenditure.”

    Step 5: Pancha Mahabhuta Suddhi

In Tantra, the human body is viewed as a miniature cosmos made of five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space). Swarnakarshana Bhairava Sadhana requires a high level of spiritual purity to activate the deity’s energy.

Pancha Mahabhuta Suddhi is an ancient Yogic and Ayurvedic practice designed to purify and balance these five fundamental elements.

For Pancha Mahabhuta Suddhi, chant the following mantra:

    ॐ लं पृथिवीतत्त्वं शोधयतु नमः ।
    ॐ वं आपस्तत्त्वं शोधयतु नमः ।
    ॐ रं तेजस्तत्त्वं शोधयतु नमः ।
    ॐ यं वायुतत्त्वं शोधयतु नमः ।
    ॐ हं आकाशतत्त्वं शोधयतु नमः ।
    ॐ पञ्चमहाभूतशुद्धिरस्तु ॥

Om laṁ pṛthivī-tattvaṃ śodhayatu namaḥ ।
Om vaṁ āpas-tattvaṃ śodhayatu namaḥ ।
Om raṁ tejas-tattvaṃ śodhayatu namaḥ ।
Om yaṁ vāyu-tattvaṃ śodhayatu namaḥ ।
Om haṁ ākāśa-tattvaṃ śodhayatu namaḥ ।
    Om pañca–mahābhūta–śuddhir astu ॥

    Meaning:

I invoke the earth element for stability, savings, and assets.

I invoke the water element for the flow of money.

I invoke the fire element for financial courage.

I invoke the wind element for movement, circulation, and clearing blocks.

I invoke the space element for financial opportunity, scope, and availability of channels through which wealth can manifest.

    Step 6: Āvāhana

Now, we are about to call Swarnakarshana Bhairava to bless us with his presence . Here is the mantra for Avahana:

    श्री स्वर्णाकार्षण भैरवाय नमः ।

    मम गृहे मम पूजास्थाने

    सौम्यरूपेण आगच्छ आगच्छ ।

    आवाहयामि स्थापयामि ।

    इह सन्निधिं कुरु स्वाहा ॥

    Om

    śrī swarṇākārṣaṇa bhairavāya namaḥ ।

    mama gṛhe mama pūjā-sthāne

    saumya-rūpeṇa āgaccha āgaccha ।

    āvāhayāmi sthāpayāmi ।

    iha sannidhiṃ kuru svāhā ॥

    Meaning:

    “O Swarna Ākarṣaṇa Bhairava,
I respectfully invite you to my home and this place of worship.
Please arrive in a gentle, auspicious form.
I invoke you and establish your presence here.
    May you remain present here.”

Note: In Swarna Ākarṣaṇa Bhairava home worship, correct mantra = correct result. Wrong mantra = wrong direction, because of which we have to be mindful of the correct mantras.

    Step 7: Dhyānam

Next, we are going to meditate upon Swarnakarshana Bhairava for the next 30 seconds to 1 minute by chanting the following mantra.

    Sānta-svarṇa-prabhaṃ devaṃ

    Saumya-vaktraṃ tri-netrakam ।

    Svarṇābharaṇa-saṃyuktaṃ

    Bhairavaṃ cintayāmyaham ॥

    Meaning:
“I meditate upon Bhairava of calm golden radiance,
with a gentle expression and three eyes,
    adorned with golden ornaments,
the form of Swarna Ākarṣaṇa Bhairava.”

Next, we will chant the mula mantra of Swarna Ākarṣaṇa Bhairava.

Om hrīṁ śrī swarṇākārṣaṇa bhairavāya namaḥ ॥

Note: Do one japa mala for 108 times, minimum 11 days, preferably 21 days, ideal 40 days.

    Step 8: Offerings

    Swarna Akarshana Bhairava loves Ghee.

So we are going to offer him a ghee lamp while chanting the following mantra.

Om swarṇākārṣaṇa bhairavāya dīpaṃ darśayāmi namaḥ ॥

Next, we will offer him flowers while chanting the following mantra.

Om swarṇākārṣaṇa bhairavāya puṣpāṇi samarpayāmi namaḥ ॥

Next, we will offer Bhairava, such as jaggery, halwa prepared with ghee, raisins, or dates as naivedya.

Om swarṇākārṣaṇa bhairavāya naivedyaṃ nivedayāmi namaḥ ॥

Next, we will offer him dhupam while chanting the following mantra.

Om swarṇākārṣaṇa bhairavāya dhūpaṃ āghrāpayāmi namaḥ ॥

    Step 9: Khyama Prathana

In Swarnakarshana Bhairava Sadhana, Kshama Prarthana (Prayer for Forgiveness) is a critical concluding step that serves to purify the practitioner and the ritual itself. Swarnakarshana Bhairava is a benevolent, wealth-bestowing form of Lord Shiva, but because the practice is rooted in Tantra Vidya, it requires precise adherence to ritualistic rules.

    dāso’ham iti māṃ matvā
    kṣamasva svarṇākarṣaṇa bhairava ॥

And when we are invoking Swarna Akarshana Bhairava, a very important detail is that we have to offer food and water to his vahanas.
After Day 1, the worship can be shortened safely, without breaking the upāsanā, provided the core is intact.

    FAQs

Is Swarna Ākarṣaṇa Bhairava worship not restricted to temples alone?

No, Swarna Ākarṣaṇa Bhairava worship is not restricted to temples alone. Gṛhasthas and uninitiated sādhakas can worship Swarna Ākarṣaṇa Bhairava at home. In temples, his consort Ajamalī Bhairavī is invoked in certain advanced and initiated paddhatis. But that is not required in the grihastha puja vidhi we are going to discuss today.

Does his upasana require any complex tamasic kriyas?

No, his upasana can be performed at home in a simplified manner, through devotion and discipline, with sankalpa and mantra to invoke his blessings. I promise you will not find any part of the process I will teach you today difficult to perform at home.

What is the best day to start worshiping Swarna Akarshana Bhairava?

Ashtami Tithi is ideal for starting his home worship as Bhairava-tattwa is strongest on that day. You can also start on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.

Worshipping Swarna Akarshana Bhairava on Mondays improves money retention and helps stabilize irregular, unpredictable income. If you are covering family expenses orare unable to save because something repeatedly comes up at home, Monday is your day

Invoking him on Wednesdays improves the movement of money (stuck payments, delayed returns, pending dues )

His Friday worship brings financial comfort and continuity. The ability to pay bills without anxiety and to handle small, unexpected expenses calmly.

His ashtami and amavasya puja break long-standing financial blockages and debt pressures.

How long should I do the puja?

Once you take the sankalpa, repeat the puja process for the next 11, 21, or 40 days, depending on your ability.

Should we worship him if we are already worshiping Maa Laxmi?

In his Aṣṭottara, Swarna Ākarṣaṇa Bhairava is praised with names such as:

    • Mahālakṣmī-arcita-pādaḥ — the one whose feet are worshipped by Mahālakṣmī herself
    • Rāmā-arcita-pādābjāḥ — the one whose lotus feet are honoured by Lakṣmī
    • Vaikuṇṭha-śrī-samāśritaḥ — the one in whom the prosperity of Vaikuṇṭha resides

These names remind us that Lakṣmī does not merely accompany him — she honours him.

Maa Lakshmi is not just the goddess of money. Her real role is to circulate wealth. Swarnakarshana Bhairava specifically governs wealth, abundance, and financial stability.
